In order to get the Six Sigma Green Belt Certification, you must register in SYSEN 5300 for 3 credits and earn a B+ or better;if you wish to take the course in the distance learning format.

In order to get the Six Sigma Black Belt Certification, you must register in SYSEN 5300 for 4 credits and earn a B+ or better if you wish to take the course in the distance learning format.

  • The cost is per credit hour and changes each fall. Please contact the Systems Engineering department for an updated tuition figure.
  • This course is currently being offered in the Fall semesters. The duration is the entire semester. Please refer to CU academic calendar for these dates.
  • The number of hours required per week to be successful in the program is approximately a minimum of 3-5 hours per week, in addition to the class time.
  • Prerequisites include a course in probability and statistics.
