SYSEN 5920 - Systems Engineering Management for Virtual Teams
First of two one-week on-campus intensive experiential courses (35 hours) in systems engineering management, with emphasis on laying the social groundwork for students to conduct projects in geographically dispersed teams. Course involves a significant design challenge that must be completed within the week. A leadership laboratory is run simultaneously with the design experience to encourage students to self-assess their leadership style and practices in systems engineering projects.
